- Log In to your Hellosaurus account on the app
- While on the Hellosaurus app homepage, click “Grown-ups” in the top left hand corner
- Enter the written numbers to authenticate you are a grown-up
- Tap, “Password”
- Create and confirm your new password
- Click, “SAVE” to reset your password
